Charlesquiro Co. acts as a vehicle shipping agent, coordinating auto transport with licensed and insured motor carriers. We do not directly operate trailers but vet and broker shipments on behalf of our customers.
All quotes are estimates based on current carrier availability, fuel costs, and route conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. A deposit may be required to dispatch your shipment.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, and mechanical issues can affect timing. We make every effort to keep you informed of any changes.
All carriers in our network maintain cargo insurance. Damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and reported within 24 hours.
You must provide accurate vehicle and route information, remove personal belongings, and ensure the vehicle is ready for pickup at the agreed time.
Cancellation policies vary by shipment status. Contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
Liability is limited to the carrier's cargo coverage. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
